Step by Step: Course Registration Process
Step 1 Course Application
All applicants should complete the on-line application form.
KODE will send you an email confirming receipt of your application form
Step 2 Course Registration
KODE will then send you an email with an offer of a place on the selected course
Applicants should then accept the place on the course by email to KODE Co-ordinator.
Important: Once this place on the course is accepted, the applicant is officially registered for the course and therefore liable to pay course fees.
Step 3 Course Payment
KODE will then provide bank details for payment of course fee to you by email
All course participants will the have to pay 100% of the course fee via bank transfer.
Payment must be received immediately after course registration.
Step 4 Course Commencement
Only when payment is received, KODE will then you the following details by email:
- Confirmation of receipt of payment
- Tutor and workshop details
- Website log-in and password information
Important Notice
Cancellation of Course places:
Participants who cancel their place on a course less than one week before the course is due to commence will be obliged to pay 50% of the full course fee.
Participants who cancel their place on a course less that 3 days before the course is due to commence will be obliged to pay 100% of the full course fee
